Land Design came to us via a referral from a family member. Nevertheless, we researched other landscaping companies and obtained multiple designs and quotes. Land Design distinguished itself from its competitors and made our decision an easy one. Jason was our primary contact during the initial phase, and we felt an instant comfort level with him. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we researched (and changed our minds several times!) with some of the design features. He took all our input and developed an incredible design that we were extremely happy with! He was totally receptive to all our changes and answered all our questions. He was also extremely responsive throughout the entire process! Moving on to the installation phase we were introduced to Whitney, our project manager. Whitney listened to all our concerns throughout the installation phase and ensured that we were entirely satisfied with every detail! He did so always with a smile and assurance that he would not be entirely satisfied unless we, the customers, were entirely satisfied! Whitney was hands-on throughout the installation, frequently stopping in and even lending a hand to the crew when needed. He was always very friendly and approachable. The members of the installation team were always pleasant, friendly and professional! Patrick and his crew (Jose and Mike) were clearly committed to delivering a high-quality finished product. Despite the heat wave, they were always very approachable and never complained about any of our minor “tweaks” throughout the entire project. Patrick also reiterated that he would not be happy unless we were happy with the finished product. The irrigation team of Mike and Anderson were just as approachable, pleasant and professional throughout the project. From beginning to end, Land Design exceeded our expectations. Every person we dealt with was friendly, polite and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Land Design is a quality outfit deeply committed to satisfying their customers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any prospective customers!

Thanks to Jason and the LDA team, our backyard — which used to be a gravel pit — has been completely transformed. Over the past few weeks, our entire yard was taken down to soil, a beautiful stone patio and walkway were installed, and new sod was laid. The whole process was enjoyable, from meeting with Jason to create the design plan, to watching the various teams (masonry, irrigation, sod) bring it to life, and finally experiencing the excitement of seeing the finished product. Jason was always available and very easy to communicate with throughout the project. We also appreciated being able to complete our project in phases, and we look forward to working with LDA again in the spring. We were recommended Land Design Associates when we decided we wanted to do some work on our property, who cautioned us that they weren’t cheap but did great work. I had contacted many other landscapers, who were all happy to do whatever I wanted — except that I didn’t know how to achieve what I wanted!
