We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal Landscape Construction Foreman has strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and train crews, and expertise in hardscape installation, planting, lighting, and irrigation. Responsibilities
As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for leading crews and ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently. Core responsibilities include:
-Reading and interpreting landscape plans to ensure accurate project execution.
-Organizing materials and supervising crews efficiently to meet deadlines.
-Installing masonry, planting, irrigation, and lighting systems with precision and attention to detail.
-Operating and driving F-650 trucks, skid steers, and mini-excavators.
-Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and job site best practices.
-Maintaining equipment and materials to ensure operational efficiency.
-Interacting professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors.
-Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues to maintain project quality and efficiency.
-Training and mentoring crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
-Coordinating with project managers and other foremen to keep multiple job sites running smoothly.
-Communicating proactively with the office regarding material needs, timelines, and any changes in scope.
-Reviewing completed work with clients to ensure expectations are met before wrapping up each project.
Qualifications
We welcome experienced construction professionals with proven leadership ability. Requirements include:
-Minimum 2 years of experience running landscape construction crews.
-Strong knowledge of hardscape installation, planting, lighting, and irrigation.
-Ability to drive an F-650 truck, skid steer, and mini-excavator.
-Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
-OSHA 10 certification required.
-Hoisting license preferred.
-Strong understanding of construction techniques and job site safety protocols.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-English proficiency required.
-Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
-Authorized to work in the United States.
